I stayed one night and really appreciated how comfortable the bed was and how clean the room felt. It was super easy to explore nearby attractions like the beautiful Indian Leap at Yantic Falls, which is just about 3.5 km away, and the serene Marina at American Wharf, only a short 2.5 km stroll from the hotel. the only improvement I'd suggest is offering a more varied breakfast menu as the options were quite bland.

The room was immaculate, clean like I might have done it myself. Their shuttle service was convenient, though not as punctual as promised. We left 15 minutes late but got to where we needed to go without much fuss.

Had an awesome time! The king room was super clean and comfy. The hot tub was a great way to unwind. Staff were friendly, made check-in a breeze. Enjoyed hanging out in the bar area, too. Just wish the elevator was a bit more stable—felt kinda iffy at times.

Our family had a nice three-night stay. The room was spacious, but cleanliness could be improved. we found hair in the beds and a clogged sink. On the bright side, the staff was friendly and offered quick assistance. Future guests should check the AC for dust before arrival.
